General Instrument Guidelines

  • At the end of each session, users must clean the surround space.
  • Any spills must be immediately cleaned and reported to staff for further technical care. 
  • No food or drinks are allowed.
  • After every use, you must follow the appropriate shut down and decontamination procedures.

Booking

  • Instrument bookings are made through Drexel-medicine.libcal.com (you must have a @drexel.edu or @drexelmed.edu to book). You must sign up in order to use the machine, no exceptions.
  • Booking for the LMD7 is reserved for members and affiliates of Pharmacology and Physiology only. 
  • Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance to provide others the opportunity to use the instrument.  If you do not cancel your reservation on time, your future booking priority will be reduced.

Training

  • Training is mandatory for all users of the instrument. Contact Darin Ipe to schedule training. 

Computer

  • Users are not permitted to install or download software on the computer.
  • Files will be deleted periodically off the computer. Please remove your data immediately after use.
